How to Order:
1. Select hat color from the drop-down boxes. All color options are shown in order from our photo listing.
2. Attach your logo/design in the personalization box or email it to us at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
We accept, SVG, JPG, PNG, and PDF file types.
3. If you would like to add custom text to either side or back of the hat, type that information in the personalization box with what location and information you would like.
a. Please note additional fees apply for these extra locations.
4. If placing a Bulk order, use bulk order discount code above at time of checkout!
5. Once the order is placed and we receive your logo, we will reply to your email with a proof of your design for you to approve.
Please note to keep production moving, if we do not hear from you within 24 hours of sending the proof for approval, all orders will be created and shipped “AS IS”.
EMBROIDERY INFORMATION:
We recommend that you email us your logo/design to verify that it is suitable for embroidery prior to ordering. Designs that have large amounts of detail and that are very complex, may not stitch out clean and clear. Also, if your logo contains small text, there is a possibility they may not be very legible. Rule of thumb is bigger letters embroider better. By chance your logo is not suitable for embroidery, we have other options in our main shop link to overcome this obstacle with premium printed patches with embroidered borders or with laser engraving high detailed designs on 100% leather patch hats.
Each listing includes one logo, up to 12,000 stitches. If you would like to also add custom text to the back, left and or right side of the hat, this can be done for an additional charge.
Once you finish placing your order and we receive your logo, we will begin the digitizing process of converting your logo into stitches. We will then send you a proof of your design by showing how it will look stitched out. Please be looking for our email with this information for you to approve to prevent any delays in production and shipping of your order. Please note below:
*The max height we can embroider your design is 2.25” due to the curvature of the hat*
• INVENTORY:
Depending on the size of your order, inventory on certain hat colors may be limited. Supply chain issues today have made inventory availability more difficult. Please feel free to reach out with any questions on any hat color availability.
• REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final since they are personalized. However, if there is an error or defect on your order, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.
